    Please upload one void cheque. On your lease start date, rent will be collected via Pre-Authorized Payment using your void cheque. Beyond your lease start date, rent is collected on the 1st of each month. Rent cannot be split between several void cheques: it can only be withdrawn from one void cheque. If you will be sharing the cost of rent with someone else, many banking providers offer the option to set up automatic e-transfers between accounts. That said, it is the responsibility of the resident(s) to determine the feasibility of this with their bank(s). A PDF, screenshot, or picture of the void cheque you choose is sufficient to upload.

    In the lease you will see that holding valid Tenant Insurance is required to live in the building. You are welcome to obtain insurance from the provider of your choosing. When choosing an insurance policy, please make sure it provides adequate coverage and goes beyond covering everyday belongings. It must provide coverage for such scenarios in which the tenant has caused damage to the property or damage that spreads to other suites. A PDF, screenshot, or picture of the insurance is sufficient so long as the suite number, coverage amount, and start date are visible.
