Kevington’s Heritage Collection
Kevington’s Heritage Collection consists of classic residential rental buildings called Birch Manor, The Mattan, and The Aberdare. These three-story walk-ups were all
built in the 1950’s and 1960’s. Back when Vancouver’s iconic skyline was taking shape, these buildings connected residents with each other and grounded them in the growing community. In turn, these centrally located styles of apartment living modeled the urban hub Vancouver is today.
We are honoured to preserve the heritage and character of these buildings by embracing and enhancing the beautiful, classic nostalgia these properties have to offer. Our team has revitalized the properties to elevate the vintage features of hardwood floors, large living spaces, and conversation starter kitchens while being mindful of the modern resident’s needs.
